• Three-Legged Race: Pair up, tie those legs, and coordinate every step—balance and communication matter here.

• Kickball: Bring your field skills, whether you’re kicking, catching, or running to base.

• Hula Hoop Contest: See who can keep the hoop spinning the longest—core strength and rhythm required.

• Yoga Stretch Series: Instead of a stretch-off, enjoy a calm interlude with guided stretching to enhance flexibility and promote mindfulness between high-energy activities.

• Mindful Puzzle Relay: Test your problem-solving skills under a time crunch—teamwork is essential.

Quirky Challenge Twist: “The Shot Showdown”

At the end of each round, the losing team member faces the ultimate challenge—not a shot of alcohol, but a wellness shot! Choose from a lineup of energizing super-shots, including:

• Ginger shot (for a spicy kickstart)

• Wheatgrass shot (green power boost)

• Chia shot (nutrient-packed splash)

• Apple cider vinegar shot (tangy detox zing)
